Representatives from surface, thin film, and vacuum equipment manufacturers are invited to exhibit at the symposium. The vendor exhibit will be held on Monday, June 3 through noon Wednesday, June 5 in space adjacent to the main presentation room. The poster sessions will be integrated with the vendor exhibit as well as the buffet breakfast and the coffee breaks. The exhibit will be advertised and open to the entire University of Central Florida community of over 70,000 students, faculty, and staff.
Registration Fees include one (1) table (dimensions TBD) with electrical hook-up, one (1) conference registration badge, and one (1) copy of the conference proceedings.
Also included with the booth exhibitor registration fees:
One company employee is included in the registration fee (including all the meals).
Admission to technical lectures.
Company listing in the conference abstract book.
Company listing and hot link from the conference web site.
Direct access to conferees during the reception, breaks, and the poster sessions.
Exposure to other prospective customers on campus.
Freedom to use your time more efficiently: Prefer to skip some of the technical sessions? Call your on-campus customers and set up appointments with them.
